These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Thrum application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Standard EULA, subject to these Terms.
Thrum is a focus & time-awareness tool. It is not a medical or treatment device, does not diagnose or treat any condition (including ADHD), and makes no medical or therapeutic claims. The haptics are gentle by design and are not a form of stimulation therapy. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
watchOS may end a background session if you press the Digital Crown to leave the app or if the system reclaims resources. Thrum is designed around this — a live session is backed up by scheduled local cues — but we do not promise uninterrupted, all-day background haptics. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrum and WebKoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app.
Thrum is an independent product by WebKoding. Apple, Apple Watch, and watchOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here only to describe compatibility. Thrum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
